Dave, hoping you have the original for this still. Can you please adjust this to remove Item. It is the image in the Manual now and is what we are linking to from the wiki.

Done, I am attaching the PowerPoint original (that I modified to remove the Item record stuff) and an export of the image to JPG (white background) and PNG (with a transparent background). I have a lot of experience exporting images from Powerpoint into other documents, so let me know if you need a different format, or have issues with the files.
