The marc files for this load (school UIU) were exported a while ago and I do not have the Pmarcexport counts for them. However, I do have a very low-level perl script, we have written in-house, that seems to return the same exact counts as Pmarcexport (I recently performed a Pmarcexport on a smaller school UIC -- which has ~2.3 million bibs -- and the results were exactly the same as reported by Pmarcexport). Therefore, I'm going to assume that this script is accurate (and will attach it to this comment).
The export for this school (UIU) contains a total of 16,788,409 records. Here is the breakdown:

Of these 16,788,409 total records, 16,788,403 were accounted for, while only 6 were not. Here is the breakdown:
