This is perhaps another nuance for when you get to work on this. As you can see I have searched for essentially the title (Concerning Civil Government) with the author's last name (Locke). The search result I am after comes up as number 18 on the list with many things ahead of it that I think are not more relevant. Many have the words I search for, but it seems proximity of the words and order of the words I search for should have higher relevance than those same words spread out or in different order.
