Metadata column question - why the numbers increase on an update #97

Issue body:

This harvest in the screen shot is updating 99 W and W and 96 M, yet the Metadata column grows. Why is that?

Also, if the column called "new" really is the total, as I think it is, please rename. We need a way to tell how many of each there are to reconcile to MST.

I'm not sure there is a problem. I think, rather the "Metadata" column should be called "All" as in all records harvested, regardless of whether they are new, updated, or deleted metadata. I think all the categories are totals, not just the new.
