enhance MY_ aidf fields #583

there are a few fields today 01-MyRig 03 MY SOTA_Ref

how do these get generated? editable? can they be editable list?

That combo box was a test to add the less frequently used adif fields to KLog without changing the user interface too much with them.

The plan was to create a tab, in the settings, so the user can enable/disable fields (and having all the adif fields there) like it is already possible today with the bands and modes.

Would it be a good way for you?
