Hamlib+flrig: VFO B frequency never used (both split & non-split mode) #632

When using hamlib + flrig for IC-7300 rig control, klog seems to naively track VFO A frequency. Even when rig is using VFO B or when enabling split on the physical radio/flrig, VFO A is still used as the RX/TX frequency in klog.

Even enabling split on radio/flrig does not enable split in klog. And enabling split in klog does not update the rig either. Updating the frequency of VFO A via flrig will update the displayed frequency (I believe).
