DX-Cluster 'clear' button does not clear the screen. #724

Version: Supposedly "2.4.0", but it's a built from the lastest master branch commit (73e6b9b68004cf4a36c1612f515bb44682fa98e5), OS: Linux Build: myself

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Connect to DX Cluster.
  2. Fill in callsign in window that pops up and press OK
  3. Press 'clear' button (this does nothing!)

Disconnecting and then pressing clear does nothing either.

Recommend also adding a tooltip to the clear button.
