DA and MOQ? #26

2 had @eaburns add an exception to the parser to allow question marks after «moq». But I think that's a somewhat arbitrary choice – I'd allow any tone mark after a recognised particle (in which case it would be ignored).

(I can already see what changes in the grammar would need to be made.)
