Split up implications #47

This should close #39. @moonshiner, since you suggested to split up the Implications section in more clear topics, are you happy with this structure?

Also clarify that zone transfers introduce no special logic for ANAME. @pspacek, since you expressed your concerns on zone transfers, does this new text take away those concerns? If so, this also closes #33.

Also make DNS UPDATE optional. This was raised by @gibson042 on the DNSOP list. Are these changes sufficient? If so, this also closes #42.
