modified using catkin tool #2

this code is too old version so I want using catkin for indigo distro version

Hup, sorry for the late response! According to #1, a (much better) version of this is now released into upstream: https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/pull/14873#issuecomment-299062284 https://github.com/rhaschke/executive_smach_tutorials.git

I'd suggest using that fork there, as it will have more goodies with it as well.
