Adds following fixes and features:
Env checks if reset is successfull
Env defaults to sample from state space for reset
Bridge can return whether reset was successful
Real Bridge: Add possibility to check if reset state is valid
Real Bridge: Add reset service
Demo: Update real demo such that it is fully working
Action processor: Cleanup
Realsense: Update resolution (640 x 480)
Vx300s: Update state and action spaces such that they respect the joint limits
