Run from IDE, px150, engine_params, pybullet (not working)

Run python training script from IDE (instead of launchfile)
Added px150 example package and config file
Added pybullet files (not yet working)
Pass engine_params via ROS param server to physics_bridge
Refactor code to be in namespace of environment instead of bridge_name.
