can i make everything case insensitive? #15

I love your filters plugin for roundcube. I need to know how to make the filter entry deletion from the Not Junk button to be always case insensitive. I am using markasjunk2 with the filters_learn driver Actually I’d prefer to make every bit of the filters process case insensitive.

it was actually the filter_learn driver i was using causing the issue, no problem with filters plugin.
