Plugin Name? folder? #6

Hi,

Composer installer add plugin name "rcfilters" in "config.inc.php", folder name in plugins is "rcfilters", but with it, the plugin dont show options in configuration menu, i changed plugin name to "filters" and folder name in plugins to "filters", and now i have the options in configuration menu to add filters.

see issue I just opened. same symptom, and I used this same workaround and had the same working result.

the issue is that this then conflicts with the roundcube/filters plugin.
