Redirected IO and IDE hanging in case of the script errors #439

It is not clear exactly in what cases but sometimes if:
- redirected IO debugging session is running
- exception happened (TypeError) in the python script to debug
The IDE hangs with consuming 100% of CPU

It was also noticed that if:
- redirected IO run is done
- exception happened (TypeError) in the python script to run
The IDE does not get a completion return code at all
