👋 Thank you for submitting a PR! Sorry for the delay in reviewing it.

We used to support .app bundles, but unfortunately had to disable them due to a bug that breaks previews for macOS apps. I see the same behaviour on this PR with macOS Ventura, so let's skip it for now.
