@or-else, could you explain the scenario where you need this dynamically feature?
For me, having the JSON files for the most common languages solves the problem of internationalization.
The i18n is needed to be able to search for emojis in a native language, e.g. sonriente
instead of smiley
.
The ability to load dynamically is to reduce the size of the data loaded at once. The emojis.json
is 150KB. Multiply that by 20 languages and you get 3MB when all is needed is one language at a time. For example, react-intl
supports this feature.
Any idea how to add translations via emojis.json ? I am trying to add them , but without success. Do you have any example ?ject I'm using i18n to my project. Thank you in advance ! :)

Is there any progress on this? Trying to consider this package, based on this support
last time that i used them , the icons didnt support the translations , only categories.
It would be great to be able to internationalize the widget. As far as I can tell, the parts that need to be translated are category titles and emoji descriptions in
emojis.json
.I do not mean static translations of these strings at build time, but rather ability to load strings dynamically at runtime.
