how about upgrade project to use current node version? #371

the current version is 20, i wonder if it a lot of things to change for make the project run with current 20?

I think the bug we have and doesn't let as to run the story book in nodeJS version above 16 is this one: https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/issues/19692#issuecomment-1297542268

I didn't manage to fix it by myself.
