Add Web GUI #5

The web gui shall include following components:

  1. Charge view
    • Current weight, motor speed, time taken for the build
    • User to enter the charge weight
  2. Cleanup view
    • Prompt user to discharge remaining powder
  3. Setup view
    • Prompt user for initial setup
    • Provide option for each settings.
