URL error in Add Resource for the Information Resource RM #23

It is not possible to create a new Information Resource. The URL link to the RM 'Information Resource' (highlighted in the following image) point to the current web page (https://database.eamena.org/search?paging-filter=1&tiles=true) instead of the appropriate template URL (https://database.eamena.org/add-resource/35b99cb7-379a-11ea-9989-06f597a7d5ce)

Once accessed the Information Resource RM, various field are inaccessibles, showing javascript: void(0) when hovered
