Disturbance informations missing #36

Disturbances recorded in a Bulk Upload are not recorded in the database

The BU append doesn't work with disturbances:

cd /opt/arches/eamena/eamena/pkg/mapping
python ../../../manage.py packages -o import_business_data -s "bu_append_disturb.csv" -c "Heritage Place.mapping" -ow append

Gives no errors but don't add any records in Disturbances
