When trying to add a resource, and validate its geometry, this error message pop-up:
Saving tile failed OperationalError
The Inspector is a bit more explicit: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

The same occurs for the HP
Imported GS are not visible on the map (in red) while listed and clickable on the left hand side panel:

1) Impossible to save a geometry
