Pull in enhancements from other forks?

• Puppet and etags support from https://github.com/fihuer/starscope/tree/language/puppet

@guilherme @fihuer did either of these enhancements come to anything? Are you willing to PR them here?

The optimisation that was still relevant was done in https://github.com/eapache/starscope/commit/4fbd979811e1d401db12d7b03283c49c14a76a51.

Puppet and etag support I can't validate, and is old enough that best I can do is add a note in the docs.
