We got the same issue with the installation. There were no errors during the installation - used the installer - but it looks like the UI is somehow not displaying and functioning correctly. See attached screenshot.

Hi Team-
We have installed governance-dashboard from below link: https://github.com/eapowertools/qs-governance-dashboard
Installation completed successfully.But when we opened url http://localhost:8591/governance/ui its not responding i.e we are not able to add server dtails from add button not working ..so not able to proceed further.
On clicking add we are not getting anything so anything we need to modify or check to fix this.
Look and feel also breaking.pfa screenshot.
We checked in IE 11. Please suggest.
