Not working for Application with section access

Description

I have a couple of issues while using Qlik sense Governance collector.

1. The Governance collection status only shows one message - Governance collection will run on the server and request will not await a response.
2. Even if I select "Generate QVDs" and "Refresh Governance App" buttons, I need to manually start the QMC reload tasks.
3. Governance dashboard doesn't show the Datamodel related information for an application with section access. Lineage and Datamodel tabs doesn't have any useful data. But if I use the same application without the section access script, it is working.

The EAPowertools Service Dispatcher service is running under the Qlik sense service account.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select all 5 tabs in the Qliksense Governance collector and click on "Governance" button

Expected behavior: The Governance QVD Generator and Governance Dashboard should be reloaded, and there should be data in Lineage and Datamodel tabs of Governance dashboard.

Actual behavior: Dashboards should be reloaded manually. No datamodel related data for the app with section access.

Reproduces how often: 100%
