Some webcam streams work others don't #2

I would like to report that some webcam streams work, while others not. Is it a problem with an API limitation or some other problem? I can get 3 webcam's to work, while for the 3 others the state is "unknown". On the Windy website they are active.

Hello, Thanks for sharing your experience. Could you please provide more infos like the not working IDs ?

I get about 33% luck that the cam's are working. Still good, but would be better, if it was 100% :).
