Hamcrest gwt jar file missing #164

To put it plain and simple. It's really nice that you have a guide for how to 
do hamcrest with gwt. But the jar file is missing and has been missing for a 
looooooooooooooooooooong time.

I'm closing this as a duplicate of issue 50, where the initial GWT work was 
carried out.  There were complications with introducing GWT support caused by 
the need to remove central bits of hamcrest that could not be supported on GWT.
