Add testing to REST client #13

          I see no tests for this file. This could be an opportunity for you to learn how to test API servics using [`webmock` gem](https://rubygems.org/gems/webmock), [`VCR` gem](https://github.com/vcr/vcr) or both. Both are used extensively at Shopify.
