Thanks! This is mainly for Debian packaging, right? Or do you have any other uses for stdeb.cfg?

Again, thanks for the contribution. I'm not merging this for now, as I assume it's only for Debian packaging. I'd rather prefer to have distribution-specific stuff maintained downstream by packagers themselves. However, if there are any other uses I missed, feel free to reopen.
