Allow users to change the year / season #25

Users should be able to select which season they're looking at (for multiple-season leagues). Ideally, this will look like a dropdown showing users which seasons can be viewed. A basic version of this, if the league data does not include years, could be a simple text box where users select the year.

The basic version of this feature is done as of 9/2018. Will leave open in case the auto-detecting version with a dropdown is a possibility.
