Nyx does not attack #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Everything that was in install instructions and load game normally with mod 
active.
2.Research up to one level before Nyx class and then research it.
3.Build it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It being able to attack enemies and use abilities. I saw sit in the same 
position when enemy ship warped in. But it's fighters responded while it did 
not and won't attack if told to by user.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Diplomacy  1.011A and patch on 1.011A on windows 7 computer.
