Stargates - stationary entities vs. moving entities #109

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build any ship with stargate ability OR the Asuran starbase
2. Attempt to use the ability
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I assume that the expected output is for the stargate to remain open for 
duration listed.  However, as it stands now, the stargate only remains opens so 
long as the entity creating it remains stationary.  Affected entities: Asuran - 
Nemesis, Gate Ship, & Starbase; Wraith - Hive? (can't remember now which Wraith 
capital has the ability).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest mod version as of 3/4/2011 on Windows Server 2008 R2 (x64)

Please provide any additional information below.

I also mentioned this bug in issues numbered 106 & 107 w/ re: to Nemesis & 
Asuran starbase specifically.
