You guys at SGI are doing a great job with this mod. I love it. In fact, I
haven't played the "real" Sins game in many months, opting instead to play your
mod whenever I am so inclined.
I know that the Milky Way races are mostly on the back burner for now in favor
of the Pegasus races. These are some things I've noticed, however, about the
Asgard that would make playing them in the interim much more enjoyable:
Starting Frigate - has Asgard mesh and ability, but there is no way to unlock
the ability in the research tree
Heavy Cruiser - has Asgard mesh and abilities, but no way to unlock abilities
in research tree AND no naquida/naquadria to use said abilities
Utility Capital (O'Neill) - (a) has no Asgard beams and (b) is underpowered
compared to Beliskner & the unnamed Siege Capital (doesn't look like Freya
class to me)
Siege Capital - I never saw this ship while following your designs on ModDB and
your blog pages (maybe it's a forerunner to the Freya class?) - it seems too
aggressive a design for the benevolent Asgard (too pointy, thin, etc)
Anyway, again, I love your work and I know that these are not even at the
work-in-progress stage yet really. Keep up the good work!
