Human planet bombardment causes mini dump #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play as or against Humans
2. Have planet bombarded by human player
3. Enjoy minidump :P

Just to note - other races don't cause minidumps when bombarding planets.

just tested out with my build and no dump must be something else however i know 
there is a dump issue some where just cant find it yet

I get a minidump when I try to bombard as a Tau'ri player.

I've been looking through  all the tau'ri Entity files but I can't see any 
issue. In the previous version it just one day decided to work again. I don't 
know why or what changed.
