Asuran Anteus Ability Asuran MegaBeam

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.send the ship to attack a starbase
2.ship gets in weapon range. uses megabeam.
3.no damage to the starbase.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the beam do lots of damage. no damage happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
dip 1.32 SGI 1.32  win7 64bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
not sure what else to tell you about it.. it was a tauri starbase. I havent 
noticed if the same thing happens against the wraith starbase.
