Repair platform doesn't exist under the military icon at all

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.there is no repair platform in the game
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
there is a research for the repair platform, but there is No repair platform 
icon in the game to build a repair platform

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i'm using SG1 v1.34A on win XP sp3.

Please provide any additional information below.
i have an AMD black edition cpu, 4G memory, nvidia gtx 550ti card. the game is 
awesome except for there being no repair platform and nothing in the game 
indicates that the frigate factory nor the capital factory does the repair 
function.

this is by design , the tauri repair yards are built into the frig and cap 
factories as it will be for all races.
