Titans - Many abilities cannot target Titans #133

This is only an issue with regard to the Atlantis Titan currently working in 
game, but I thought I'd preemptively mention that most abilities don't work 
against Titans right now.  I'm thinking that most should not work against 
Titans (Lagrangia, 304 Nuke, AG3, etc.), but some probably should work against 
Titans (Asgard Beams maybe).
