Crash When Trying to play as human #150

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load Game
2.Start new game
3.Select Human Race for human player

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For the game to load and my planet to appear, hear a notification sound from 
windows as the game dumps and crashes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.82 on Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.
