ATLANTIS, AM I RETARDED #26

Hi, even after the last post about how to build atlantis i STILL cannot 
find it to build when playing as the asurans, can someone please tell me 
EXACTLY where and how to build this ship.

PS feel free to tell me how dumb i am because it is so obvious :P

There is a building called the Communication center and it's abilty will build 
you a
city ship, you start with the building so don't look for it in the build menu.

yes it is spawned from a asuran structure .  you only get one of these 
strucutres 
and is always at your home planet

lol i found it thanks guys, but in order to unlock it u need to upgrade your 
home 
planet, is the communications center supposed to be there from startup or just 
after 
the planet upgrades?
