This set of CSS updates incorporates the changes we discussed on 10/29, including:

a slightly transparent background image
a serif font for the main body text
an opaque background for all Lab pages
centered landing page text
no more dates in URLs
no dates and author names on Lab posts, no dates on Blog posts
Completely redone navigation
- EP Lib and Lab on the left
- About on the far right
- fixed dropdowns from sticking to the right of the page
- dropdown for Lab tools
- when on a section of the site, that part of the navigation is highlighted
- EPLab no longer opens in new tab
