When the user is using the application in smaller screens, the ability to create inspection is taken away. ( because the block is hidden in smaller screens ). This creates a problem because users are not able to now add a inspection checklist at all in smaller screens.

Introduce a CTA button for tablet size and below screens. This allows the users to readily create inspection when necessary.
