Since not all users are logged in, we want to be able to allow them to view all public properties that exist on the system.

A proposal -
Users would instead of viewing the login page, rather would just view the dashboard of all the properties that exist on the platform.
They are able to view the properties and see details, when they want to comment or message the owner they gotta sign up. We want to be able to deliver a lot of features without any authentication ( if possible ). This allows users to become more facilitated and accustomed with the application.
