[UI] Category list box appears to be too cluttered #26

The category list box appears to be too cluttered as icons are around and causing eye sore. the date must be brought down near the item itself, have a better icon component rather than default supabase icon, and also change the location of the notes if possible ? we def need mock ups for this therefore this ticket is to generate a better mock up for that component.

the badges do not need to be alerted at every level. there should be some rolled up alerts. the components SHOULD NOT be movable as users cannot edit the component. the warning component should be on the left side of the list item and can display a line for a status. that idea is really nice.

After some thought, this component could be an accordian with rolled up information. since this is just really a history of records for that item aka trail.
