Create ability to support request of new items and add price for events #133

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Add ability to support adding price for events. there can be events with 0.00 as price and should be labelled as FREE.
  2. Add ability to support request items adjacent to volunteering tab. To prevent overuse, separate this out to its own feature. Users should not be able to request this help during creating an event. Only the creator should be able to update this. Viewing can be done by anyone. We can make use of RLS for this feature if necessary. We should also add support for other fields / activities for this feature.
  3. Add sharable groups column in other columns as well. Support sharable groups columns for events, items and expenses. Events can only be updated by the audience in sharable groups, so as well with the items and expenses.
