Since the Scorpion Engine does not have (yet) constructs to use array/vectors, coding palette color cycle is very cumbersome. Color cycle is widely used to simulate water, fire, rain, etc. effects like this image:
It will allow to add running waterfall effects with ease and not much strain in terms of performance.
