Failed to install 'hts' due to RcppEigen.h #63

When trying to install 'hts' on a Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS AWS server with R version 3.4.4 using this command

sudo R -e 'install.packages("hts", dependencies = TRUE)'

the installation breaks because RcppEigen is not found
