cmoka integration in Travis-ci #11

The use of cmocka as unit test framework has been decided. Unfortunately it creates an error with Travis-ci. The issue is that the service uses Ubuntu 12.04 and it doesn't exist any package for cmocka. It's necessary to create one or find a work around.

With an installation from source for Cmocka as well as an update from source of autotools package, the build is working again.
