Expanded coverage of L8 masks to include snow masking.
Added an "SCL" mask for Sentinel-2 data because the default mask is... insufficient.
Added new ShadeMask and BrightMask routines (with only Landsat8 support at the moment - other sensors can be added once some bright/dark thresholds are empirically tested for other sensors.
Refactored everything under Mask.py to CloudMask.py to make room for the above submods.
