Moving to new compilers after an update to the platform at the Swiss supercomputing center on which we're doing some continuous integration.

Updates to self-hosted continuous integration. OpenMP compilation is still inducing a compiler bug in one test. Irrelevant tests (CI on Github-hosted VMs) are also failing because Python packages can't be installed from Anaconda.
