(This has been underway quite a while.)

Write or find script that outputs documentation to markdown format from keywords I always use (DESCRIPTION, USAGE, etc) trailing either # ~: or # ~\n -> auto-document in README.md

script that does this (in dev.) is makeDocumentation.sh.

Done some time ago with completion of makeDocumentation.sh.
